The tournament starts with amateurs and pros in separate fields, merging at ITM to compete for the bracelet.

Participation and involvement in the wider poker community

If a player does not satisfy all requirements associated with their selected package, WSOP reserves the right to retain the applicable deposit and/or charge the player for the value of hotel accommodations and other package benefits provided.
Players should select the package that most closely reflects their anticipated tournament spend for the series. Abuse of the promotion will not be permitted. Players who select a package without a genuine intention of meeting the applicable tournament spend and play requirements may be required to reimburse WSOP for hotel accommodations and other benefits received.
