Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC DBA WSOP.com (“CIENJ”) Event #10 $365 Online Bracelet refers to the event occurring from 6/3/2018 at 6:30pm to 6/3/2018 at approximately 11:59pm ET. All times are Eastern. 

 


General Rules:

Eligibility

·         Subject to WSOP.com discretion, and the terms and conditions set out below.

·         To be eligible for the Tournament, a player must have a valid and verified WSOP.com real-money account.

·         Offer may be offered to players via phone, email or other online marketing, direct mail or distributed at events.

·         Employees of Rio and its affiliates, Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment, contractors or vendors hired for the operation of the WSOP, WSOP Staff, or any person that is involved in the management of WSOP and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate in WSOP Bracelet Events.

 

Specific Terms and Conditions

·         Please refer to the WSOP.com client under the event specific name for more event details.

·         Players may register for a tournament within the WSOP.com client, by clicking the Tournament tab and then double-clicking on the desired tournament name. A screen will open that contains a “register” button. Upon clicking “register,” the player will receive a confirmation. The player will continue registration by clicking “proceed,” or “cancel.” When successfully registered, the player will see a pop-up indicating successful registration. If the game is in progress, the player will be seated; if prior to start, a table will open up within the WSOP.com client when the tournament begins.

·         Re-Entry: Unlimited

o   Players who choose to re-enter will have 30 seconds to do so and must have enough money in their bankroll prior to the start of the tournament.

o   Tournament tickets are not available for re-entry

·         Payouts are approximately 15% based on the number of players that enter the tournament.

·         Online Bracelet Events will be held on the Nevada and New Jersey WSOP.com poker client.

·         Results will be posted on the WSOP.com site and will include the player’s actual name and not the username.

·         Any requests to have username changed as a result of being published on the site will not be accepted.

·         Prizes have no cash value.

·         Redemption: All winning funds will be added to player’s account within 72 hours of the tournament completing. Gold bracelet winner will be contacted within 24 hours with instructions on how to claim their gold bracelet. This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.AC. 13:69D-1.9 CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xxi.

·         Valid only in New Jersey and Nevada.

·         Guaranteed: $365 Entry

·         Winning players are responsible for any and all taxes, licenses, registrations, and other fees.

·         Redemption: Winning patrons will receive an online tournament ticket to the $365 Online Bracelet event prior to the start of the tournament. All revenue will be recorded and reconciled in accordance with Internal Control Section 13:690-1.9(d).

·         This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). CIE Promotions will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g)6xiii.

·         Players may register for a tournament within the WSOP.com client, by clicking the Tournament tab and then double-clicking on the desired tournament name. ·         Minimum players are eight (8) and maximum are 8,000

·         Time bank refresh rate is every six levels and the time banks are every 60 seconds

·         Decision time for each game is 15 seconds

·         At least 10 winners of each $365 Online Bracelet Seat Satellite will be directly registered to the 2018 WSOP Online Bracelet Event #10.

·         Players who win more than one $365 Online Bracelet Event Satellite will have $365 added to their bankroll in cash.
