WSOPC Event #1: $400 No-Limit Hold'em 30K Opener

It's surprisingly early in a tournament to be walking the floor and hearing players at nearly every other table talking about "whether the money bubble will burst today". 

While it's not even the second break, as there are close to 15 minutes remaining in Level 4, nearly half of this 1,200 player field has already been vanquished as just over 650 players currently remain. 

Now, that number may not be dead accurate but it does make for an interesting dynamic moving forward in this event, as there are still over two and a half hours to late register for this event. 

Regardless of how many players this event draws or the timing of said money bubble, WSOP.com will continue to bring you updates from this Event #26 field.
