AMERISTAR ST. CHARLES BEGINS FRIDAY

St. Charles, MO. ( February 26, 2020) – The World Series of Poker Circuit continues this Friday, February 28th, 2020 at the Ameristar Resort and Casino in St. Charles, MO. Up for grabs will be 13 Circuit gold rings, two Global Casino Championship seats and an expected six-figure first place prize for the Main Event Champion in the $400,000 Guaranteed prize pool.

The action kicks off at 11:00 AM on Friday, with a 1-Day, $400 Double Stack No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a $25,000 Guaranteed prize pool. A few hours down the line at 4:00 PM the first of three flights will be firing up in the $400 No-Limit Hold’em, featuring a $200,000 Guarantee.

Other events to look forward to at the Ameristar stop include a $400 Pot-Limit Omaha on Monday and also a $400 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold’em featuring a starting stack of 30,000 chips and a $25,000 Guaranteed prize pool on Wednesday. As well as, of course the $1,700 Main Event beginning on Friday, March 6th. The Main Event will be a 3-Day event with two starting flights, a starting stack of 30,000 and a whopping $400,000 Guaranteed prize pool. Last year's event at Ameristar, St Charles a total of 414 players came to battle, creating a prize pool of $627,210 and it was Scott Hall who came out on top earning his first WSOP Circuit gold ring and taking home the six-figure score of $130,667.
