Returning to The Commerce Casino & Hotel for the 2025 Tournament of Champions, the world's biggest poker room will host the prestigious tournament plus 18 WSOP Circuit ring events from May 8-24, 2025.
Las Vegas, Nevada (March 19, 2025) – The World Series of Poker (WSOP®) today announced that the 2025 WSOP Tournament of Champions has been scheduled to take place at The Commerce Casino & Hotel in Los Angeles, California Thursday, May 15th through Saturday, May 17th.
“We are happy to return to The Commerce Casino & Hotel for the WSOP Tournament of Champions and our 15th consecutive $1,000,000 freeroll,” said Ty Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of the WSOP. “With a $2 million guaranteed Circuit Main Event, WSOP satellites and nonstop action at the world’s biggest poker room, this is like the opening ceremonies for the 2025 WSOP.”
The prestigious $1,000,000 freeroll is exclusive to players who won a WSOP bracelet or Circuit ring from June 2024 to May 2025. Qualifying players include event winners on the WSOP Circuit as well as at the 2024 WSOP, 2024 WSOP Europe, 2024 WSOP Paradise, and online on WSOP.com or GGPoker.
At the 2024 Tournament of Champions, which also took place at The Commerce, Dong Meng outlasted a field of 559 total WSOP tournament winners to win his second career WSOP bracelet along with the $200,000 top prize.

The final table of the 2025 Tournament of Champions will be live streamed to poker fans around the world to watch players compete for the 1st bracelet of 2025. Details on the live streamed final table for the 2025 Tournament of Champions will be announced in the coming weeks.
From Thursday, May 8th through Saturday, May 24th, 18 WSOP Circuit ring events will take place at The Commerce offering over $3.5 million in prize pool guarantees. It all starts with “The Tune Up” as players can qualify for a series package via a mega satellite for the low price of only $300 total buy-in. 10 total series packages are guaranteed on Thursday May 8. Packages include $400, $600 & $1,700 vouchers which players can use to enter over $2.5 million in guarantees.
Featured at every WSOP Circuit stop, the $1,700 Circuit Main Event is scheduled for Friday, May 16th through Tuesday, May 20th and boasts a $2 million prize pool guarantee. Three flights will be offered to players, and run from May 16th through the 18th.
