The World Series of Poker Circuit series continues here at the Las Vegas Horseshoe and Paris, with the Horseshoe’s Circuit Booster promotion resulting in fantastic turnouts across the board.
Las Vegas, Nevada (March 29, 2025) - As the official home of the World Series of Poker, it is no surprise that the Horseshoe and Paris have hosted a successful series thus far as the currently running WSOP Circuit series continues.
Spurned in part by the property’s Circuit Booster promotion as well as their successful WSOP Circuit series last year, projected turnouts for nearly all of the Circuit ring events so far have been absolutely smashed.
Projecting 4,360 entrants throughout the entirety of the series, with three more days of action to go the entrant total here at the Horseshoe has already reached 5,152.
Even with the Circuit Booster promotion adding 100 entrants to the $1,700 Circuit Main Event, 50 entrants into the $1,125 Mystery Bounty, and 100 entrants into the $400 Mini-Main, without the promotion projections still would have been surpassed throughout the schedule.
Seeming to be a popular price point amongst the players here at the Horseshoe, the $400 Mini-Main, $400 Seniors, and $400 Double Stack have been some of the best performing tournaments so far in terms of turnout, with the Double Stack exceeding projections by over 100 entrants.
With not one prize pool guarantee having been “sweated” so far, with two flights remaining in the Circuit Main Event and three other ring events still to take place, tournament staff and players will see what is still to come from an already successful series.
“We’re thrilled with the turnouts so far and excited for a big number in the Main,” said Horseshoe Poker Room Manager Anthony Moody. “Running our Circuit Booster promo had just the effect we were hoping for. By giving away seats into Flight A of our signature events we’ve seen an increase in the later flights, leading to us crushing most of our guarantees.”
