Andrew Sapiro raises to 250 from under the gun, and action folds around to the blinds. Both the small blind and the big blind call, and the players see the flop three-handed. The dealer spreads , and the small blind checks. The big blind then leads out for 700, and Sapiro quickly raises to 2,500. The small blind quickly folds, and the big blind thinks for a minute before folding as well.
