Tai Nguyen Eliminated in 12th Place - ($29,943)
On a board of Tai Nguyen and Daniel Alaei check in the blinds to big stack Scott Clements. Clements bets, with Nguyen calling to see the turn and Alaei throwing his hand towards the dealer.
The falls and with just under a bet left behind, Nguyen checks. Clements bets and Nguyen calls to put himself at risk.
He says he's "drawing to the low", as he tables with Clements needing the board to bring a card higher than a nine to scoop the pot, as he holds the nut straight with .
It does, as the completes the board and eliminates Tai Nguyen from this Omaha H/L 8 or Better Championship in 12th place.
He'll make just under $30,000, while Scott Clements has increased his lead on the remaining field, as he's currently playing just over 800,000.
